Come learn about a"best practices" slip, trip, and fall prevention program that was demonstrated to be highly effective for reducing staff injuries and workers’ compensation claims in a 10-year research study in three acute care hospitals. The research was conducted by a multi-disciplinary partnership including the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH), BJC Health System, the Finnish Institute for Occupational Health, Liberty Mutual Research Institute for Safety, the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health, the Veteran’s Health Administration, and Washington University School of Medicine.

The target audience for this webinar is healthcare facility administrators, safety and health professionals, facility managers, housekeeping managers, food service managers, and workers who are responsible for safety.
